Warren Littlefield, former President of NBC Entertainment, and Craig Hunegs will serve on the board as advisors in the areas of content programming for the AtomFilms award-winning web site as well as for its distribution and syndication sites, and on building strong relationships with traditional media companies for broader distribution.

Littlefield and Hunegs join existing AtomFilms advisory board members: Martin Tobias, Founder and CEO of Encoding.com; Warren Franklin, President and CEO of Pinnacle Studio; and Johan Liedgren, CEO of Honkworm International. The AtomFilms board of directors, which operates in tandem with the advisory board, includes: Frank J. Biondi Jr., Chairman and CEO of Biondi Reiss Capital Management and former Chairman and CEO of Universal Studios; Jim Banister, Executive Vice President of Warner Bros. Online; Mark Torrance, Vice-Chairman of Getty Images, Inc.; and Thomas Hoegh, Founder and Managing Director of Arts Alliance.

Warren Littlefield, a 20-year veteran of NBC, is the President of the LITTLEFIELD company, a joint venture with NBC Entertainment involved in the creation of content for both traditional and new media platforms. As President of NBC Entertainment, he oversaw development and production of the network's prime-time, late-night and Saturday-morning entertainment programming. He was involved in the creation of NBC's ground-breaking online programming, including "Homicide: Second Shift," the first Internet spin-off of a network television series. Specifically, Mr. Littlefield will be advising AtomFilms on effective content programming for the AtomFilms web site and the distribution and syndication sites, designed to attract a targeted consumer and advertiser-base.

Mr. Hunegs oversees the finances and operations of the company and is responsible for all business dealings with creative talent and with broadcast and cable networks. Prior to his current position, he was hired by Warner Bros. to serve as Head of Business Affairs during the successful startup of The WB Television Network. Mr. Hunegs will be advising AtomFilms on its relations with traditional media companies and with regard to its content acquisitions.
